About The Beanie Factory

The Beanie Factory was established to solve a problem. As a U.S. Army veteran, our founder spent years in the field wearing tight, sweaty beanies that did nothing to alleviate the discomfort of his heavy uniform. 

When he returned home, he set out to create a breathable, soft hat that stayed comfortable all day long — and all year long, suitable for all weather conditions. The resulting beanies, which use premium yarn and ditch the typical constricting elastic, prioritize practicality without sacrificing style.

How can I tell what my hat will look like?

All custom orders receive a mockup within 24 hours of receiving your logo and other customization specifications. This image will help you visualize what the hats will look like. If you’re happy with what you see, proceed with your order, or let us know what to do to make it right.
Can I order a blank beanie?

Yes. You can buy anywhere from 60 to 5,000 blank beanies directly from our website. Visit our Shop page to order blanks of any style we offer.

Orders of 5,001 or more blank beanies are placed directly with our customer service team.

What is the H-Stitch?

The H-stitch eliminates the uncomfortable crown pressure point found in traditional beanies by relocating the seam structure to the sides. This creates a smooth, adaptive fit that stays comfortable all day — even under helmets and hard hats. It’s exclusively available from The Beanie Factory, as we invented and patented the H-stitch.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH, wire transfers, and all major credit cards.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on the method you choose at checkout and the size of the order. Expedited shipping is available for when you need to speed up our already-fast turnaround times.
